About me

I’ve spent my life moving between worlds.

From early mornings chasing waves in Indonesia, Australia and Europe to seasons living and working on farms in France and New Zealand, to the quiet rhythm of elementary classrooms where I guide young hearts through stories — my path has always circled back to one thing: nourishment.

Surf travel taught me simplicity and presence.

Farm life taught me where food truly begins.

Fine dining kitchens taught me discipline, craft, and the beauty of detail.

Teaching taught me patience, care, and how to hold space for others to grow.

Food became the thread weaving it all together.

I’ve worked in refined restaurants where every plate is art. I’ve harvested vegetables straight from the soil. I’ve cooked in mountain cabins, beach houses, and family kitchens. Through it all, I’ve come to understand something simple:

Food is how I give love.

When I cook, I’m not just preparing a meal. I’m creating a moment — a table where friends lean in, conversations deepen, laughter rises, and people feel nourished beyond the plate.

My style is rooted in vitality and seasonality — bright vegetables, clean proteins, vibrant herbs, generous flavors. Inspired by global travel and grounded in honest ingredients.

Gathering is sacred. A feast is more than food. It’s connection, warmth, and something deeply alive and I feel most at home when I’m creating that for others.
